group per region/continent #87

Hello,

Thanks for your work, it is interesting.

It would be convenient to have pre-set continents/region groups. For instance, if all users are expected to travel around Europe and North America, and to allow only these, it would be nice to have a field with preset, to get all the relevant countries selected at once. And if, for some reason, North America is suddenly of the table, then one click would allow to remove the full area.

This feature request already exist in #77 . I take it as confirmation that more people are interested in that feature.
