iOS 11 Text field cursor jumping issue in all modals

We are seeing this issue on iOS 11:

• [ ] When a user is in a modal and clicks into a text field the cursor jumps down and doesn't stay inline with the text field. See video here.

This issue is found in the following PR: https://github.com/MerlinLabs/Merlin/pull/261

Steps to recreate the issue:

• Go to a PR that has a modal implemented using an iOS device (most likely the property details page)
• Click on "Request Info" CTA
• Type into the text fields as you normally would

When we think of solutions for this we will have to come up with how we want to handle taking the user back to their scroll position.
