Button ripples not rendering correctly #311

The withRipple HOC is not consistently rendering the ripples such that they emanate from the cursor, at least not in Chrome and Safari (it seems to work fine in Firefox).

@Trajamsmith Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you help give some context as to how the ripples are rendering (incorrectly)? Perhaps a screengrab?
