Menu renders an incorrect location

The menu renders in an incorrect location on the page on some browsers and devices.

This issue has been noticed as having different behavior across Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge for desktop as well as Safari on mobile.

• [ ] On Edge, the menu is flying to the left side of the screen

• [ ] On Chrome, Firefox and Safari the menu is appearing below the card
