is there any way that these older versions could be automatically pulled from the main Homebrew Cask repo when the version number is bumped?
No, we have strict rules regarding what is added to versions

As an aside, is there any way that these older versions could be automatically pulled from the main Homebrew Cask repo when the version number is bumped? Not sure how you'd go about doing it but just figured it would save the work of having to manually add them.
