Installs outdated version 1P CLI

Description of issue

I installed 1Password CLI using brew install 1password-cli but it installed super outdated version - 0.10.0 I got to know after I ran op --version. Then I installed 1Password CLI again with its .pkg installer and it installed the latest 2.30.0 which I checked again with op --version and seems correct now. Why did the brew cask installed old version?

@soumahmed Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your issue. The cask 1password-cli correctly installs version 2.30.0 on my system.

Could you provide the outputs of both brew install --verbose --debug 1password-cli and brew config?
