4 years ago raised here as brew cask install openzfs produces the issues/output seen in brew doctor
running brew cask uninstall openzfs removes the issues/output seen in brew doctor

4 years ago Your problem isnāt clear. I donāt understand where the issue lies or what you expected to happen differently.

e.g. "wanting to help clean up doctor output so next time i have issues less 'known' issues to ignore"
So I understand brew doctor is just warnings and to aid maintainers in debugging potential issues. I've no idea how a forumulae or cask registers files so that doctor consider them not 'Unbrewed'. I've tried searching the documentation but still clueless, I would think searching for "Unbrewed" would find the section it only talks about list, and python which this is neither.
So I've become aware of several files that are incorrectly labelled as 'Unbrewed' when installing openzfs. So, to try and help out anyone else in future seeing false positive 'Unbrewed', if I could be shown and example I'm happy to supply a patch to openzfs.rb and to improve the documentation.
My example is as below.
$ brew doctor
# empty output
$ brew install openzfs
$ brew doctor
# output as supplied above
$ brew uninstall openzfs
$ brew doctor
# empty output
$If you are not wanting user feedback, simple close this issue.

I read it. And like I said, I found it unclear. That section was incongruent with the rest of the post.
The brew doctor message is clear and is still useful.
General troubleshooting steps
--force.brew update-reset && brew updateand retried my command.brew doctor, fixed as many issues as possible and retried my command.Description of issue
git stopped working with ssh, I could not pull/push/fetch. so i checked brew doctor output and resolve some items and reinstalled openssh, git and ldns and it started working again but doctor still reported issues.
i uninstalled openzfs and doctor produced empty output i installed openzfs and doctor produced output as before
wanting to help clean up doctor output so next time i have issues less 'known' issues to ignore
