Thank you for correctly filling the template.
For reference, I can’t reproduce this on a clean Mojave VM, so we’ll have to wait for further reports or another maintainer to try it.
It might be a Catalina specific issue. Not sure. From the debug output it seems to be failing at some verification step. Thanks for your effort, though.
It might be a Catalina specific issue.
We’d want to fix that. I’m the one on an old version, so this is a valid bug report (unless no one else is able to reproduce it on Catalina, which would indicate an oddity in your setup, not an issue in Homebrew Cask).
I cannot reproduce this on Catalina or Big Sur:

Perhaps try with the --no-quarantine
flag?
Thanks for all your help. --no-quarantine
didn't help. I opened a support ticket with the vendor. The installation is also failing with a manual install of the vendor package. Homebrew isn't to blame.

The installation of ChronoSync is failing in Catalina (10.15.7). It looks like this is an installer/package specific issue. However, I'm unable to spot any error messages.
Note, ChronoSync happens to be installed in /Applications even with the error message. It appears to be working fine. Homebrew does not recognize the installation and reports it as not installed.
