404 Error for ffmpeg

Simple error, the ffmpeg bottle version 4.1.2 gives a 404 error.

This is working from where I am, and the bottle link is not 404. Bintray has been having some hiccups earlier, maybe that's it: https://status.bintray.com Otherwise, a network error on your end.

Oh the link is working again. It most likely was the bintray server problems that caused the 404.
