Fix a -W2 warning caused by our openssl.rb injection

Fix some prefixes for portable formulae being baked into the RbConfig and being used when installing native gems.
This is typically harmless if those directories don't exist, but nevertheless wasn't really correct to have them there.
Revision bump for release. That commit marks the state of the repo I intend to create a release from.
