It seem http://brew.sh is down

The problem could actually be with upstream, if Homebrew's page taps the jeykll dependency dynamically, because RubyGems is down at the moment as well.

ERROR:  Could not find a valid gem 'github-pages' (>= 0), here is why:
          Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - no such name (https://api.rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)
Firefox can't find the server at rubygems.org.

There's a DNSimple outage going on right now; they're suffering a DDOS. Both brew.sh and rubygems use DNSimple. The homepage will be down until this is resolved - sorry!
