Mapitoto Not Giving Mounts #476

Steps to reproduce: I flagged the Chocobo License quest from Brutus (after skipping the Chocobo Raising quest), and completed the quest within a few minutes. After receiving my Chocobo License, I talked to Mapitoto to get the Raptor Mount, but nothing happens except that he greets me with a "Hello, hello!". I doublechecked the map vendor to make sure I had the key item for the map of Jeuno, which is automatically granted on this server. Map vendor did not have anything to buy as expected. So the two necessary key items are in my inventory and yet he will not start his quest.

Verified that the player had the Chocobo License KI. Nothing else I can do, Immo or Heep need to resolve this.
