After obtaining Voidwatch alarum KI, unable to get cutscene in Ru'Lude Garden for starting Jeuno Voidwatch path

Steps to reproduce: Finished three city paths VNM for above characters, then got cutscene properly in Pashhow Marshlands [S] which leads to Voidwatch officer on Sandoria present that gave the characters Voidwatch alarum KI. The problem lies at the next step where characters require to get cutscene from Audience Chamber in Ru'Lude Garden but all those four character when trying to click the door it doesn't trigger anything.

All of the above characters have the key item VOIDWATCH_ALARUM (!haskeyitem 2048) but the status of Crystal Wars quest DRAFTED_BY_THE_DUCHY for them is showing as AVAILABLE but it should show as ACCEPTED (!checkquest 7 81). The status of Crystal Wars quest GUARDIAN_OF_THE_VOID is also showing as AVAILABLE but it should show as COMPLETED (!checkquest 7 80). The Voidwatch Officer in the present-day cities should automatically start this quest after also giving the above key item.

I suspect that possibly the massive quest re-write that was done on DSP mid-May 2019 (https://github.com/DarkstarProject/darkstar/pull/5896) may have had something to do with this, but I may be wrong...I hope I'm wrong, lol.

Added character Harmony to the ticket, who is also climbing Voidwatch with all of @tuing's characters.

In the interests of not making players wait longer that necessary due to issues beyond their control, for all of the above listed characters, the following adjustments were performed (for character Harmony, the Voidwatch Alarum KI (!addkeyitem 2048) was also added, which she never received even though her voidwatch variable values matched those of the other players that she was part of the group of doing Voidwatch with, she should have obtained the Voidwatch Alarum KI upon interacting with the Voidwatch Officer but she did not obtain it):

Crystal Wars quest Guardian of the Void was added (!addquest 7 80) and then completed (!completequest 7 80).

Crystal Wars quest Drafted by the Duchy was added (!addquest 7 80).

@tuing, please have all of the above listed characters examine the Audience Chamber door in Ru'Lude Gardens, they should receive a cutscene as well as having the Voidwatch Alarum KI removed in trade for obtaining the White Stratum abyssite KI and the Voidwatcher's emblem: Jeuno KI. They should also have the quest Battle on a New Front showing as a current quest in their Crystal Wars quests log, with the Crystal Wars quests Guardian of the Void and Drafted by the Duchy showing as completed.

Please comment here if they do not show the above after interacting with the Audience Chamber door.

All four characters which are : Mairinku, Minimey, Higuchi, and Luise are now able to get the cutscene in Ru'Lude Gardens and received the White Stratum abyssite KI and the Voidwatcher's emblem: Jeuno KI. While their quest log also updated properly with Battle on a New Front showing as a current quest in their Crystal Wars quests log, and the Crystal Wars quests Guardian of the Void and Drafted by the Duchy showing as completed.

This issue was resolved in yesterday's maintenance. Please open a new ticket should this issue re-occur.
