@nxnslite What issue are you having? Please explain further.

They do no get CS at H-11 Crystalline Field. (right after they teleported to Al'Taieu after 7-4. I did receive the CS once inside Al'Taieu that started 8-1) and none of my mule has the KI Light of Al'Taieu ( I guess its the KI for the Crystalline Field CS)

Are the ones that are missing the KI able to redo the fight on the airship against Tenzen?

none are able to triger H-11 CS even nxncure doenst have the KI. (but i dont know if they can redo tenzen ill look at it later on tonight..)

See if they can redo the Tenzen fight solo this time, please. Respond here please if they are unable to.

@nxnslite please let me know here on this ticket or in game via /tell when the affected charas are online so I can check variables

for others that might have the same problem. I did 2 relog on the server. 1st one.. nothing changed and I was still stuck... logout and went to sleep... came back several hours later... lets say about 16 Hours. Relogged and then BOOM same CS restarted for all my characters. But I did get the Key Item: Light of Al'Taieu. I did follow the path of the quest and got the next CS at H-11. Thank you.
