zonemisc value for Sentinel's Scherzo in spell_list.sql set incorrectly

Steps to reproduce: When I try to use "Sentinel's Scherzo" in any dungeons such as Legion and Dangruf, the system message says "It's not allowed here". Is it the same behavior as retail?

I cannot verify the value that this spell has for zonemisc on HomepointXI but on my personal darkstar server, the spell had a value of 8 for zonemisc.

The value of 8 limits it to any zone that you would normally be able to use chocobo/raptor mazurka in which would explain why this spell can't be used in zones classified in zone_settings.sql as not including 8 in its total for misc (like dungeons).

I changed the value from 8 to 0 on my personal server and I was able to use the spell in any zone (which is what a value of 0 aligns with).

On a non-custom darkstar server (which is what my personal server uses), in zone_settsings.sql, Dangruf Wadi has a misc value of 145, which is the cumulative total of the values for Summoning Pets (128), usage of Tractor (16) and usage of Escape (1). Legion, I assume, shares a similar value but since Legion here in totally custom, I cannot verify what the actual value for Legion is.

@Heepster03, in short, whatever the value is for this spell in spell_list.sql, it needs to be reduced by 8 in order for it to not have the above restriction.
