PLD cannot use "Scroll of Banishga" #589

@Heepster03 @Jessland86 Please reference https://github.com/DarkstarProject/darkstar/pull/6341/commits/74255a58e7766ba5f7d1f59ff020b6284f38fdb5

for the adjustment necessary to enable PLD to use the Scroll of Banishga (Item ID 4646, Spell ID 38).

I confirmed on my personal DSP server that PLD is able to learn/use this spell once the above adjustment is made.
