Changing the background dielectric constant. #188

Is it possible to change the background dielectric to something other than free space? I'm calculating the transmission spectrum a lattice of gold disks and now need to change the background to n-1.45. I've looked at all the documentation and don't see this addressed anywhere. Is this possible?

It was indeed in the documentation. My apologies.
