Help for running the example? #194

Dear Homer,

I am running the following example to calculate the Casimir-Polder potentials.

http://homerreid.github.io/scuff-em documentation/examples/NanostructureCasimirPolder/NanostructureCasimirPolder/

As it mentioned, it should have output files when the calculation done. In my case, there are no output files such as NanoBeam_1006.out . I am new to scuff-em and I have no idea about how to fix this?
