when i use the single command
scuff-cas3D --geometry 1.scuffgeo --Transfile 2.trans --temperature 300 --Energy --zforce
then the top interface shows like
i dont know how to improve my efficiency
even i qsub my job , when i ask for 10 cores it still cannot now climb to 1000%
i would be appreciate if someone can find the way solve it
