Great_Aviators_Text.xml.txt I made a Chinese translation I just learned github not long, and I don't know how to use PR yet

Heyo I held off on adding this because I was gonna make civlopedia entries for the aviators. If you are so inclined, you could translate those, and then I'll add all that to the mod. By the way, what is your steam username so I can give you credit for the translation?
