The format of prefix of the new feature does not consistent with previous feature. #5

In original feature, the prefix has been used in the following format "t/" for tag, "p/" for phone number.

However, the prefix used for new features are "/d" for description and "/t" for appointment time.

This may result in confusion. But this does not affect any functionality, thus, I put it as very low severity feature flaw.

Understand your concern, and we will keep in mind that.

However, we will have to reject as we have stated the correct commands in the UG hence it shouldn't confuse the user as long as they followed the UG.
