Use case: Delete an appointment MSS may short of a step. #9

For Use case: Delete an appointment, after step 2 of the MSS, the user should use viewApp command to view the patient's appointment list, then can proceed with properly delete of the correct appointment from the patient's appointment list. If not, the user can only know there are n appointments, but not sure which index is the correct appointment to delete.
