set操作若value值中有空格则无法执行 #12

在console中执行set命令，若value值中包含空格，则提示异常，强制执行则返回”ERR syntax error“

示例：SET anotherkey "will expire in a minute" idea版本：2021.2.3 插件版本：1.4.0
