New tutorial group added when a new student is added is not reflected after listing all tutorial groups #3

This affects many users because it is very common to add a student with a new tutorial group, but the app neither notifies that T03 does not exist nor adds T03 automatically. That's the reason I decide to give this bug a High severity. How to reproduce:

  1. student add n/James Ho p/98765432 e/a@gmail.com g/T03 t/yearTwo
  2. tutorial list
