[Road Tool or Canvas] Using the road tool causing render artifact? #6

When drawing using the road tool it causes a white high transparent layer being drawn over the tiles? This layer can be removed if the paint tool is used instead. Also it seems like all the tiles receive this white tiles above them from start.
