Crashes entire OS on Firmware 18.0.1|Atmosphere 1.7.0 #14

Trying to open this overlay in Firmware 18.0.1|Atmosphere 1.7.0 causes the OS to immediately crash. Not sure what info I can provide for troubleshooting.
