Fix for ML 0.4.1

I added a Dictionary-To-List with a Type verification to extract only the right parameters from that dictionary, and i changed the HarmonyInstance hook with the newest ML.

I tested and it works.

Thanks for the proposed fix. Sadly the code quality is lackluster and I'll push my own implementation
