remove unneeded volume keyword #18

The keyword volumes: was added in error.

Removed.

We can also use the static distroless image. According to their docs, it's all we need. Image size goes down from 27MiB to 6.5MiB. https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/distroless/blob/main/base/README.md
