Add RSS #31

Is it possible to make the site rss compatible? Reuters stopped providing rss feeds so it would be cool if you could add it

See https://github.com/HookedBehemoth/neuters/issues/11 Currently there is no RSS support. I don't plan on adding any myself either but I'd happily accept patches for it.
