What format are the songs, MP3? Does this happen when in the home menu, and / or whilst playing a game? Are you using the latest version? What fw /ams version are you using? Are you using any other sysmods?

My song is in .MP3 format This is on the Home Menu (didn't care to use it during gameplay as I like Home Menu music like the 3ds had) Just downloaded the latest version as of the post of this thread I'm on the latest version of atmosphere and the latest system firmware.
