Verify New Upper 90's #52

Commit 33ca6f260559425dc5b35a61ca9033ec81d6ee80 includes upper 90's for the rear of the machine, these have not been tested on any level. Verification is needed...

The right upper 90 now includes a simple guide for the PTFE tube, please add to current builds and test for any potential issues.
