Applications stored in SD sometimes won't launch until a reboot #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.happens randomly when you turn your phone on (not just after a reboot, but 
after sleep mode)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should have normal apli icons on home page and aplis should launch when pressed 
on icon.
Instead have a stadard android-like green icon and when tried to launch it says 
apli isn"t installed.

What version of the boot.img and system.img are you using?
system v6.1-rc4    and   bootV2.4.2

Can you provide logcat output during that error? no

The LG GW620 is cursed by spontanious ejects of the sdcard, at least for lower 
quality ones. This will render all apps on sdcard unusable until the next 
reboot.

Totally confirm that.

I got multiple times that warning message telling me the SD card was 
unexpectedly removed from the phone.

I wouldn't dare seriously use the Apps2SD feature... the phone is just not 
ready for it.

My phone never told me that the sdcard got ejected.

I don't think this is an openetna issue.

Anyway, do you still have problems with 6.3-rc2?
