sdcard mounted, other sdcards don't mount

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.mount sd card
2.unmount sd card unexpectedly
3.use other sdcard, it's not recognized by the phone.when removing says ''safe 
to remove''

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should mount other sd card also

What version of the boot.img and system.img are you using?
appears at rc4 and november 20 nightly build 0100

Can you provide logcat output during that error?

Please provide any additional information below.

is this problem related with apps installation to sd? additionally, does the 
format via pcn adapter make the card unrecognizable?the mountable sdcard is 
apacer the other (not mounted) sandisk

What is the file system type you're formatting the card on? If NTFS it won't 
work with android phones. Try with FAT.

I also did a new install and wiped also.the problem remains unsolved...

after many efforts and formats on sdcards I think it's fixed.don't know 
how.maybe the format was faulty.
