What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the GPS with some app (not the agps)
2. Exit
3. Use the GPS again with some app
4. GPS does'nt work
You have to reboot the phone for solve it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the boot.img and system.img are you using?
RC5 2.4.4

Can you provide logcat output during that error?

Please provide any additional information below.

same prob for me, But im on 26Nov release...
Need to reboot to get it working next time after one use.

I'm afraid you're going to have to provide some debug output for this (there is 
lots of gps debug in a logcat and klogtail) because I can't recreate it - gps 
has worked perfectly for me for ages now. Although, as we're still in 
transition between kernels and froyo/gingerbread, I don't think it's going to 
be possible to do a lot on gps until that's sorted. Also, my revision for 
finals (in mid-March) begins today...

This appears to be working fine.
Closing this issue as it refers an old version.

There is other issue referring GPS.
