Arabic characters are not connected in browser and gmail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1.open the browser
 2.go to aljazeera.net

What is the expected output ?
 arabic characters must be connected الجزيرة 

What I see instead ?
 arabic characters are not connected ا ل ج ز ي ر ة

What version of the boot.img and system.img are you using?
 system-6.1-rc5
 boot-2.4.4

Please provide any additional information below.

its solved now here

this is a special solution for 6.1-rc5 .... can you guys make it general 
solution for all upcoming openetna releases ?
