not been already reported?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.we are korean we are using gw620/kh5200/
  we upgraded in morning, but it's terrible.....
  But we can't downgarde. plese fix it.
  We want downgrade very much....

2. I'm using your's but we can't send mms and we can't picture viedo
   and we can't typing korean
   so we tried push in your ​firmware lg's keyboard,viedo.....
   but version is different so that can't
  Please fix lg's ​firmware​
