toggle led flashlight

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Toggle led flashlight" in the cyanogen.mod settings/user interface/widget 
buttons
2. click on the led button for switching on the flash light
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
flash switches on

What version of the boot.img and system.img are you using?
openetna 6.3-rc1

Can you provide logcat output during that error?

Please provide any additional information below.
It was working in systemV6.1-rc5.zip and it is very very useful in the dark.
