I also have a similar problem with openetnaV6.3-rc2 ... battery goes out in
about 12 hours.

Can you reproduce this issue without using gps? Try to disable gps altogether
and then reboot.
Because the battery never drains that fast for me.

I had same issue with system v6.2-rc1/boot v3.0. fully charged and battery
dropped to 40% after a night standby. From battery usage, cell standby used
61%, phone idle 35%, android system 3%. Wifi, GPS, and bluetooth are all turned
off. It seems cell radio for the mobile signal took most of the battery.

I believe this issue is related to issue 401.

I made a test ... rebooted with gps off ... the battery last for about 25 hours
in normal use (edge, wifi, some phone short phone calls, e-mail sync etc).
Today I´m repeating the same test, tomorrow I will try with gps.

I made the tests ...
on Feb 10 - got about 30hours, same normal use, but less wifi and more hsdpa.
on Feb 11 - i tested with the gps, which once turned on, drains battery even
when late it's turned off. I got about 10 hours.
on Feb 12 - i got about 33 hour, with normal use + a little more gaming and
also using the photo camera, but no wifi.
I really thing this issue is related with the GPS use. And even when you turn
it off, it drains battery, unless if you reboot you phone.
Best regards,

It seems the problem doesn't appear anymore.
Gps on (but not in use), wifi on and very little utilisation (most of time
screen off, no phone call, ...) gave me about 55 hours of standby.
Sometime I got gps icon flashing for some seconds (probably the meteo widget or
news one), so gps is fonctionning but not draining the battery anymore.
Thanks again for your work.
