Not getting past boot screen #416

Using LG GW 620 have tried to wipe and flash, but not v6.3 seems to get past 
the boot screen.  Only v6.2

v6.2 loads OK, but is quite slow and slows down process, e.g. mp3's dont play 
correctly, they glitch constantly.  Would be grateful for any assistance.
