Screen lock disables bluetooth media control #425

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to control music player with screen locked
2. Then try with unlocked
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No control with screen locked

What version of OpenEtna are you using?
6.3-rc7

Can you provide logcat output during that error?
No logcat of bluetooth activity

You say that you cannot control the phone using the bluetooth keys when the 
screen is OFF, right?

If you press the power button without unlocking the phone it will work.

Please see 303.

I see...  Issue 303 appears to be regarding the play button on the side of the 
phone from functioning if screen is in a locked + off state. But to lockout the 
bluetooth also is not specified. If that (issue 303) fix does both (which it 
appears to) then an acceptable solution would be to provide a switch to enable 
/ disable that behavior or have bluetooth always function..

I've been trying for the past couple of weeks to get my own development 
environment together (when I have time) maybe I could come up with a patchset 
that does this.

This is the same enhancement/correction that is present on issue 303.
