Serial Number: Unknown #446

Hi i'm kind of new at this, i bought the phone second handed and the phone was 
already on 2.2 and it had the last owners email so and so. I wanted to factory 
reset it and it didnt work, it kept on rebooting, so i tried the lg secret 
menu, that didnt work either, so i went to terminal on my phone and i wiped the 
data,and it took out all the android apps, and before i did this i tried 
flashing the phone using adb, i went into fastboot on my phone and the serial 
number was unknown, and if i tried flashing anything, the cmd would only say 
waiting for device, PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME.

You need to install the driver for fastboot mode.
