locks on the loading screen #447

my phone is locked when the screen starts CyanogenMod and round and round and 
never starts and I have to remove the battery to reset it has happened several 
times please fix this problem

  I use version 6.3 rc7

You have to fill all the information.

You have to explain how this is caused. Why did you restart the phone when it 
happened? How much time did you wait? Have you tried to adb shell it during the 
logo?
