In this report, there are no plots of

Variance of cases in gam input per grid cell
Variance of rates per 100000 in gam input per grid cell

because there are few data, so each t, sx, and sy in gam input only has one y value. variance is unable to be estimated.

Trace plots are pretty good - with some minor issues. Maps, fits, Rhats look okay. Does not appear to have subnational data and only non-zero observations are for 2011.

Results look good but the distributions of parameters in one of the chains seem to be slightly off for some iterations.

Suggestion: accept.

No subnat data - no-W model. Some minor issues with trace plots but few cases (only one year with data) and other diag seem ok. Approve

Sep 2023 Production run: all OK except for 1 chain with convergence issues.

Suggestion: investigate traceplot.

After removing the unused parameters from sampling, all diags look good. Approve
