Convergence is pretty good with some instability in rho and sd_w. Fits, Rhats and maps seem okay. May want to investigate why there are higher rates in the SW region as there doesn't seem to be too much reported there in GAM input, but I think it's due to smoothing of higher rates between the Eastern side and Southern tip
