Convergence (except sd_w), most Rhats, fits, maps, and match to GAM input are good. Non-zero cases are only reported in 2011 and 2013, which may contribute to Rhat issues.

Results look good but convergency is poor, Maybe because 2012 has more cases while other years have zero case.

Suggestion: accept.

sd_w and some w estimates have convergence issues, perhaps because of limited subnational data (only available for 2011) and limited overall data (only cases in 2011 and 2013). Output Rhat issues may be also due to the limited subnational data that is available and we may not expect that to improve.

Could consider rerunning with non-mixture sd_w prior or whatever settings we determine for low subnat data models
