rerun from data pull:

@QLLZ could you see if pulling the output shapefiles manually with taxdat leads to an error. If not, this seems to be again something random. Would suggest re-launching.
preprocessed_data file was created manually by running the set_parameter R script to skip the error in get_country_admin_units.

All OK. Only point is the high rates in the pixels along the north border in the center of the country. This can probably be solved with higher sfrac thresh for borders.
Suggestion: Accept, and if time allows re-run with higher border sfrac value.
All okay except rate maps do not match GAM input maps very well.
Opinion: Temporary Approve. Low priority rerun with higher sfrac_thresh_border
Rhat is slightly not converged. Other results look good.
Suggestion: accept.
Poor sd_w convergence and mild w convergence issues. Minimal subnational data and minimal population in northern part of country. High incidence rates in area with very small population....
Opinion: Rerun with do_sd_w_mixture: no

I don’t think MLI looks too bad without the mixture sd_w prior — while there are Rhat issues, there really isn’t much non-zero subnational data to inform the model and the year with high subnational coverage (2013) only has 23 cases.
Agreed. I would suggest to accept.
ID-57 run is approved. For future runs, we need to have do_sd_w_mixture: no
Approve ID-57

Some issues with rho convergence, but overall w and std_w converged quite well. Only few obs with rhat above threshold but very reasonable values (1.06).
Suggestion: accept.
Approve - not sure we'll get much better than this for these data
