Convergence and model diags look generally good. Annual estimates for the WHO reports seem slightly high for 2011, 2012, 2014 -- perhaps due to subnational multi year data? Not quite sure as the censored admin 0 obs should have been dropped.

Temp Approve - would like someone else to also verify that the 2011, 2012, 2014 est seem ok.

Action Required: @QLLZ Can we rerun this report on dev so that the 2014 imputed observation appears in Table 6?

2011 and 2012 are slightly overestimated, in line with previous reports.
