2013 modeled cases are slightly overestimated, maybe due to the high number of cases in 2012? Others look good.

Populations are underestiamted consistently.

Suggestion: accept if the 2013 cases and population are accpetable.

Slight underestimation of 2012 estimates due to lower tfrac obs that are getting counted as full years. Slight overestimation of 2013 estimates... not sure why. Diags look good. Temp Approve - We could consider removing some of the lower tfrac 2012 observations and seeing if that helps both 2012 and 2013
