javierps commented 1 year ago

Low number of cases, not so nice w pattern, but validity and convergence ok.

Suggestion: accept.

javierps commented 1 year ago

May also consider a no-w run.

eclee25 commented 1 year ago

All relatively good considering low cases counts in all years. Opinion: Temporary Accept and rerun with spatial_effect: no

Modeled cases look good. Convergency looks good. Population are underestimated consistenly.

Suggestion: accept if population is acceptable.

Another question is that: this is not a w run while the previous comment said to run without spatial effect.

eclee25 commented 1 year ago

All diags look good. Use of standard run is ok. Approve

javierps commented 12 months ago

Convergence issue for std_w, rhats issues.

Suggestion: re-run with no-mixture.

eclee25 commented 11 months ago

No-mixture sd_w run looks good. Approve
