Add missing packages and additional checks #569

Solve issues of country_data_report.Rmd running with R 4.2.2

  1. Add missing packages mentioned in the error log.
  2. modify taxdat function to check crs object.

I will suggest qulu directly pull this branch and test it with stan outputs. If it also works well with R 4.0, we can merge it into dev,
